In these days the Lions Club of Vila Franca do Campo organized the first International Youth Camp in the Azores Region. Twenty-seven young boys and girls from twenty-two different countries joined in São Miguel for two weeks of activities with ‘Peace in the World’ as main theme. Terra Azul was really happy to provide them and their tutors with the chance to get out in the Atlantic Ocean looking for encounters with our amazing sea life!
As you can see from the pictures, it went really well and Sperm Whales put up a real show, breaching multiple times not too far from our guests and crew!
We look forward to welcoming these initiatives more often in our beautiful Island 🙂
