During the winter season, operating at sea becomes a weather-dependent activity as you may know.
Whales and dolphins, have inspired generations from ancient greek mythology to modern day cartoonist.

If you got it, you must be laughing out loud as I was, yet sometimes jokes are a bit harder to grasp.
So if you did not get it, the cartoon refers to the fact that Killer whales, despite their name belong to the Oceanic Dolphin Family. Evolutionary data provides the information on how to categorize species.
So not to get to much into detail, but now you know about the fact that Orcas are considered “Toothed cetaceans belonging to the delphinidae species”.
