Underwater view of today’s Fin whale

In today’s afternoon trip we saw Blue whales and Fin whales again! Baleen whale season is going strong! It was difficult to say for sure if it was the same whale coming up each time, but we think there were 2 Blue whales and 2 Fin whales.

At one point the Fin whale was so near to the boat, that one of our guests, Mr. Jan den Hertog, took some underwater captures, like you can see in the image above! I know the photo seems a bit far away, but when we were watching it in real life it was so huge and elegant!
