Common Dolphins everywhere around

Hello everyone,

this morning we had nice weather, a mix of sun and clouds, and the sea was very calm – perfect conditions to go out to the beautiful ocean.

We went out with our boat and between Caloura and Ponta Delgada there was a huuuugeee group of Common Dolphins, adults, calves and juveniles. Common Dolphins everywhere around. This was great! They were moving very fast, all in one direction, searching for food. They were accompanied by many birds, the Cory’s Shearwaters, which were also looking for some fish for their breakfast.

Later in our tour we met the group of Dolphins again close to Ribeira Quente, still moving fast.
