Hey, hey dear whale watchers,

today we had the pleasure to observe many many dolphin babies!

We also call them sardines, since they are so small and tiny that they look like sardines…. CUTEEEEEE!

First of all, we saw a bottlenose dolphin baby. It was new born, as the umbilical cord was still visible!

…it was sooooo small in comparison to its mum…

Later on, we found a group of spotted dolphins or better said, the spotted dolphins found us! hehehe

…they are always so curious, love them approaching our boat and checking us…

Amongst them, there were 3 mothers with their babies!

Baby Spottie (middle) surrounded by adults.

They were surfing on the streamline produced of the bow of the boat. Was really awesome to observe how perfectly parallel mother and baby are able to swim with speed next to each other! <3

Hope to see more sardines the next tours! <3
