A morning with Sperm Whales!

  1. Hello everyone!

Today on our tour we started by seeing a group of Common Dolphins (Delphinus delphis). This group was socializing at first and then some birds, Cory’s Shearwater (Calonectris diomedea borealis) and Yellow-Legged Gull (Larus michaellis) joined the dolphins to start foraging.

Then we changed positions to see Sperm Whales (Physeter macrocephalus) and we could see 5 individuals! First we saw just one but soon the others joined. We had 3 that were together and on our way back we found one more.

I hope you had enjoyed, see you at Terra Azul!
