Because the ocean is not only whales and dolphins …

Nice tour today in the company of two resident dolphin species, the common and the Risso’s dolphins! The almost ever present Cory’s shearwaters left already for the open ocean and we will see them again next spring, when they will be back for their nesting season. At their place we saw some yellow-legged gulls foraging with the common dolphins.

We also enjoyed a lot the scenery of the Island, the Ilhéu of Vila Franca do Campo and its wildlife! .. yes because the ocean is not only about whales and dolphins 😉
