Helllo Ocean Lovers!
Today, Another Lucky Day !!
We escape from the land rain, and in between small waves we directly started the tour with our lovely Common Dolphins (Delphinus delphis)!! They are so beautiful with their yellow patches! Very close to them, Atlantic Spotted dolphins came to say hello! It is so majestic when they jump out of the water to go faster!!!! We also beeing lucky to met a pod of Bottlenose Dolphins (Tursiops truncatus). They were feeding (we saw tunas jumping !!!) so we did not stay a lot with them, to do not affect their feeding time !
In between the wind and the small waves, our look outs manage to fing a pod of Sei Whales (Balaenoptera borealis)!!
How amazing it is to be next to them! We had an encounter with an adult and a juvenile Sei Whales!
They migrate annually from cool, polar waters in summer to temperate, subtropical waters in winter. Their name comes comes from the Norwegian word for “pollock”, a fish that appears off the coast of Norway at the same time of the year as the Sei Whale.
Hope you enjoy your day!! 🙂
