Hello everyone! Today the day started cloudy but then we had bright sun at the sea 🙂

After the lookout’s confirmation of we went to the sea. We went for the west part of the island, near Ponta Delgada. When we arrived we had 2 juveniles of Sperm Whales but lately we realized that they were much more. In the same area there was about 7 Sperm Whales (all juveniles and calves).

Then we went to another area to see some dolphins and on the way we found another Sperm Whale. This one was just amazing…we were alone and the engines were off, it was complete silence and the cherry on top of the cake, the Sperm Whale dived!

Finally we arrived to a Bottlenose Dolphin group. At the beginning they were feeding very actively and then at the end they started playing with each other, with a lot of jumps and acrobatics.

I hope you had enjoyed, see you at Terra Azul!
