Breakfast for the Common Dolphins

Hello everyone,

finally, after a few days of unconsistent weather and sea conditions we could go out to the wonderful ocean this morning.

We went out with our Zodiacs in the direction of Calloura. Not too far away from the coast we had a huge goup of Common dolphins. The dolphins were everywhere, on both sides of the boat, close and far away. They were moving fast and some of them very synchronized, as they were hunting for fish. Also the Cory’s Shearwaters were looking for fish while accompanying the dolphins. We saw many young dolphins swimming close to their mothers and also groups of adults swimming together.

In the end we all get a bit wet as the sea was getting rougher, but the sun was shining which helps a lot to dry 🙂 We had a good morning with a lovely experience with the beautiful and active Common dolphins.

See you soon
